Desktop Analyst â€" Remote Access (Citrix) Description MDI Group (wwwmdigroupcom httpwwwmdigroupcom ) is seeking a Desktop Analyst with specific experience ! working with Citrix supporting customers that require remote access to our client’s systems This role is a contract to hire position and will pay up to 25hr during the contract period and convert to a full time employee if selected at 45K range pending a consultant’s experience salary history and alignment with this position’s requirements · Due to the nature of this role thirdparty or C2C candidates will not be considered · Remote work will not be authorized for this role at this time Position Scope · Support clinical doctor and nurse customers with remote access · Handle trouble tickets specific to remote access connectivity and other issues · Install uninstall and troubleshoot remote connectivity issues related to Citrix on both Windows and Apple devices · Manage and update inhouse trouble ticketing system · 50 travel within the Phoenix area to troubleshoot issues on customer’s sites if necessary using personal vehicle (expensing mileage is authorized) · ! Run monthly clinics for those customers who are using personal! devices like iPads tablets etc and install Citrix and enable remote capability on these devices · Perform other tasks as required Critical SkillsExperience Required · Must have experience supporting remote users with Citrix technology · Experience installing configuring and troubleshooting Citrix receivers on Windows and Mac OSX devices · Experience supporting Windows 7 or above · Experience working with trouble ticketing systems · Experience with RSA · Experience working with Key Fabs and killing troublesome remote sessions · Experience with troubleshooting Windows and Mac OSX devices Citrix ( remote access application) Windows, Mac OS, Support of iPad, iPhone, and Droid devices
