Description: Jewish Family & Children's Service is currently seeking to employ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) right now, this vacancy will be placed in Arizona. Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity kindly read the description below. Responsible for providing care to patients/clients under the direct supervision of a Psychiatrist and/or Nurse Practitioner. Duties and responsibilities in! clude: Perform intakes, assessments, treatment plans, and treatment plan summaries. Distribute and monitor client medications. Provide medication education, assessment and monitoring of side effects, taking weights and measures. Evaluation of service delivery for clinical improvement and collaboration with multi-disciplinary team. Maintain effective communication between appropriate staff members relating to client. Provide information to appropriate staff members on issues and concerns related to needs of client. Attend and contribute to weekly staff meetings, as appropriate.
Qualifications:
An Associate degree is required. Current and maintained Arizona state Nursing Board license and CPR certification. Ability to obtain and maintain a current DPS fingerprint clearance card. Completion of an approved LPN Program; Maintain an active and current nursing license within the State of Arizona; Maintain current CPR certification. Demonstrate clinical competen! ce by having practiced nursing in an outpatient behavioral hea! lth setting
