This program establishes guidelines for providing an opportunity for outâ€"ofâ€"state applicant! s who are interested in a shortâ€"term work assignment with Chandler Regional Hospital Applicants will be required to sign a 12â€" week contract and commit to working fulltime. Applicants will be required to work 4 weekend shifts per schedule and 1 major holiday. The assignment will not exceed 2 12â€"week contracts or 24 weeks.
Upon completion of the assignment, the employee will be required to convert to a core position (if available) or vacate the position. Participants of the Travel Program will receive the following compensation: %2440.00 per hour, %24800.00 per month housing allowance and %24400.00 health insurance allowance for FT commitment. They will be considered temporary employees and will not be able to participate in the hospital's benefit program. Round trip travel expenses for travel to the assignment up to %24500.
It is required that the participants have at least two years of experience in 2 areas of specialty ( Adult MS, MS/Telemetry or E! D/ Clinical area) This position is critical to the success of ! Chandler Regional Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Catholic Healthcare West. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS MINIMUM ADN, Diploma, BSN or foreign equivalent Two (2) years Telemetry, ICU or MS experience LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current AZ State RN License in good standing Current BLS healthcare provider card Current ACLS card or to be obtained within 6 months of hire Current ENPC/PALS certification or to be obtained within 6 months of hire
