Under general supervision, the RN provides direction and guidance to subordinate staff members. Responsible for managing all personnel, s! upplies and equipment in the unit, and promoting teamwork with medical staff and personnel of other departments. Requirements are: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred, Current Arizona RN Licensure, 1 year in an acute care hospital required, can be ICU or a stepdown unit or Med/Surg experience. BLS/CPR, ACLS and PALS certification required. Must be able to interact effectively with co-workers, patients/family, physicians, and other hospital personnel. Must be able to perform effectively under physical and mental stress. Must be able to adhere to the Standards of Performance for CVCH.
