RN Outpatient Hospice

Description: Tucson Medical Center is in need of RN Outpatient Hospice right now, this job will be placed in Arizona. More complete informations about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. TMC Hospice is a non-profit hospice that is a department within Tucson Medical Center. Our primary focus is care in the home with inpatient rooms available at TMC. These rooms are home-like, on units where st! aff has been trained in hospice care, and the care is geared to the needs of the patient and family.
The RN coordinates patient care planning with other disciplines utilizing the principles of the nursing process and critical thinking skills in order to maintain patient safety and well-being. (Some positions might be assigned to critical care areas requiring specialized training.)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Graduation from a qualified, nationally-accredited nursing program. (Some positions may require additional training related to specific skill area)
EXPERIENCE : One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred. (Some positions may require additional experience related to specific skill area)
LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION : Current RN licensure permitting work in the State of Arizona and Current Healthcare Provider Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (HCP CPR).
