Mercy Maricopa selected Schaller Anderson, an Aetna Medicaid company, as plan administrator, providing comprehensive plan management services. Schaller Anderson was founded in Arizona more than 25 years ago.This is an in-office position with up to 50% local travel aroun! d Maricopa County. The ideal candidate would have a behavioral! health background, managed care experience, a strong command of a variety of systems/software, and experience facilitating presentations. Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.POSITION SUMMARYThe Clinical Nurse Educator (Medical Management Trainer) delivers training sessions for utilization and care management to new hires and existing staff that successfully transfers learning from the classroom back to the job in order to facilitate appropriate delivery of benefits and/or health information. EDUCATIONThe minimum level of education required for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE5-10 years of experience with a RN or LCSW license as a healthcare professional2-5 years of experience working within Behavioral or Mental Health5+ years of experience working with computer systems and applications (Windows Office, etc)REQUIRED SKILLSGeneral Business/Communicating for ImpactLeadership/Fostering a Global Persp! ectiveLeadership/Collaborating for ResultsPlease note that benefit eligibility may vary by position.
