The CARDIOVASCULAR ICU unit at Chandler Regional Medical Center provides quali! ty care to the highest acuity of our patient population in the East Valley . We are committed to our unit-based Shared Governance model, the highest level of patient satisfaction, and our commitment to excellence. We encourage family participation in individualizing our patient care goals. Our unit is dedicated to adult cardiac, vascular, and thoracic post surgical patients. We feature 12-hour shifts, self-scheduling, and a nurse patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2.
Located in the City of Chandler, Az, a suburb of Phoenix, this position is critical to the success of Chandler Regional Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health, formerly Catholic Healthcare West (CHW).
Minimum Requirements: ADN, Diploma, BSN or Foreign Equivalent
Current ACLS
Current BLS
Two years CVICU experience required
Preferred:
CCRN Preferred
Strong cardia! c and hemodynamic monitoring, intra-aortic balloon pump skills!
