Must have 3 years, recent hospital experience.

Requirements
Qualifications:
You must be a graduate of an accredited certified nursing school with at least 3
year of current CNA experience in a hospital setting. In
addition, you must meet or exceed the following qualifications:
Active Unencumbered AZ CNA License
Current BLS
Current PPD/TB
Full immunization records (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, etc)
Verifiabl! e References
Willingness to complete applicable skills che! cklist and competency exam
Effective communication and critical thinking skills
