My client, a midsized hospital in NW AZ, located about 2.5 hrs from Las Vegas and 3 hrs from Phoenix, has a need for a Home Health Director.

The Home Health Administrator/Director pr! ovides professional services to direct the Home Health department within applicable health care standards, and governmental laws and regulations. Performs other duties as required or assigned. This is a position that works under minimal supervision. Positions at this level are responsible for a broad range of duties in the occupation. The employee uses judgment in selecting appropriate guidelines and in applying general policies and procedures. Significant deviations from established work processes require prior approval. The employee applies knowledge to diversified subject matter, requiring some judgment in applying established procedures and guidelines.

ACCOUNTABILITY:
The Home Health Administrator/Director is directly accountable to the Chief Nursing Officer and ultimately is accountable to the Chief Executive Officer.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has the responsibility of reporting incidents, patient and/or employee ! issues, work related accidents, and any other unusual events t! o the Director or Sr. Leader. Oversees approximately 12 FTES.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must have at least 5 years of experience as Home Health Administrator/Director in other Home Health Agency. Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of Arizona in good standing. BLS within 60 days of hire. Finger Print Clearance Process Application Underway. If required to drive on company time, ! must have valid Driver’s License and Proof of updated insurance.
