3 years minimum ICU experience. BLS, ACLS, PALS AND ACTIVE RN AZ/compact license. must be able to float to E! R, ACU or Peds in case of low census. *Tuba City Regional Healthcare is does not require your RN to have an AZ state license. Your nurse must have a valid RN license from their state of residence.*
