Description: RPh on the Go is hiring Director of Clinical Operations: Pharmacist: Tempe right now, this position will be placed in Arizona. More details about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. RPh On The Go is currently seeking a Director of Clinical Operations in Tempe, AZ. This search is for a Director of Clinical Operations for permanent placement in a Tempe, A! Z Hospital Pharmacy. Clinical Pharmacy Director should have at least 3-5 years of staff pharmacist level experience, and 1-2 years of management level experience. The requirements are as follows, but are no limited to:

• Must be a Registered Pharmacist with a current Arizona license
• Pharm-D Preferred, not required
• Acute Care / Med Surg Hospital Experience
• Residency training preferred
• Supervisory experience required
• A working knowledge of CPOE and EMAR
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary groups to build consensus
• Hospital and leadership experience a must. Monday-Friday 8:30-5, variable
