REQUIREMENTS

Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner licensure in the State of ARIZONA.
2+ years of practical experience a! s a Nurse Practitioner. Experience in family medicine as well ! as urgent or emergency care.
Personable and able to connect easily with patients. Easily able to put patients at ease.
Good etiquette and bedside manners.
Excellent problem solving skills and able to stand on your own and make decisions independently.
Physical Requirements Since you will be meeting members in their homes or places of employment, you must be able to climb stairs, walk, carry the necessary medical equipment and supplies and drive throughout the day.
Must have a validdrivers license.
Basic technology skills with PCs, Cell Phone, Electronic Records, etc.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
