Job Purpose:
To promote and provide exceptional aesthetic services that support improving the quality of peoples’ lives by helping them feel better about the way they look.
Duties:
Deliver treatments such as Laser Hair R! emoval, IPL Skin Rejuvenation, Botox, and other Dermal Fillers using established medical protocols
Ensure safety of clients at all times
Conduct treatment consultations to identify client goals and determine/recommend service to achieve optimal results
Polished and professional appearance
Provide answers to pre-treatment and post-treatment questions
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, such that clients not only continue with their initial treatment plans, but also expand the patronage of our clinic through additional treatments and through the referral of their potential clients to the clinic.
Review client history for possible contraindications
Provide quality service and following protocols at all times
Report any adverse reactions to supervising physician
Charting all treatments and additional notes as necessary
Attend Medical Staff meetings every other month
Perform additional duties as assigned
Additional Dut! ies for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants:
Administer Good Faith Exam for every new client at home location and potentially for other locations
Skills/Qualifications:
Clinical Skills, upbeat and pleasant bedside manner, valid medical license, prior Medical Spa, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery practice is a plus. Experience with Cynosure Systems 1064 and Candela 755 a huge plus! Arizona State Laser Certification a plus! Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
