We are constantly on the lookout for great talent who will work with us to build a brand that is passionate about delivering excellent services to our members. As a Customer Service Trainee you'll be training and working with the Customer Service Team with a mission to deliver awesome customer service to our members.
What you'll do
- Participate in trainings and work in the call center
- Provide excellent, courteous and professional customer service when interacting with customers.
- Escalate in a timely manner any issues of concern.
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
What you'll need
- A HND/Bachelors
- Adaptability, willingness to learn new skills and commitment to exceptional delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- High self-initiative
- 1 year+ Customer Service/ Call Centre experience
