1) Responsible for overall project management by ensuring adequate manpower resources by skill set, tools, equipment's and consumables for offshore project execution. 2) Sound knowledge in blasting and painting processes. 3)Handles all communications with client and attend all meetings requested by client in Kuala Lumpur. 4) Manage a team of project management (both onshore & offshore) and ensure all tasks completed on time and keep up the team spirit. 5) Overall responsibility for the implementation, control and maintenance of the Project Quality and HSE systems. 6) Introducing best practices from various project process experiences. 7) Maintenance of the project site files, approve project material requisitions, approve project invoices, and approve project purchases. 8) Submit overall weekly progress report and monthly progress report, make presentation to CEO on findings and recommendations for continuous improvements on a monthly basis. 8)Delegates work assignments; Matches the responsibility to the person; Gives authority to work independently; Sets expectations and monitors delegated activities; Provides recognition for results. 10) Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others views; Gives and welcome feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests; Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; Supports everyone’s efforts to succeed. 11) Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyses information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
