The opportunity
We are currently seeking highly motivated people for our Business Transformation practice, a leading provider of services to large corporate clients of all industries. We are looking for a dedicated, innovative, and resourceful candidate who can
help clients to solve complex enterprise-wide issues by formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organizations, transforming the operations and processes, and improving business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Working with our clients to help solve their toughest challenges and deliver insightful recommendations
- Evaluating employee needs, internal workflows and business processes
- Overseeing detailed business analysis and process reengineering projects
- Collaborating with business and IT leaders to create new process designs
- Interpreting complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders
- Documenting business process modeling activities for future reference
- Working with and through clients to ensure that they have full ownership of analysis as well as implementation.
To qualify for this role you must have:
- Graduate of either Economical Studies, Science or Engineering degrees
- At least 3+ years’ working experience in a customer-facing and problem-solving capacity

Experience in business transformation projects in the areas of:
- Process Optimization
- Customer-centric solutions
- Transformation project implementation & management
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry
Preferably candidates have also the following experience:
- Minimum 1 year in a business consulting role with a leading consultancy firm
- Customer experience / Journey Maps
- Knowledge in Agile and/or traditional project management
- Knowledge in Design Thinking
- Experience in Banking
- Strong communication skills
- English language proficiency
