About the position
As an analyst at Catella Corporate Finance, you will get a unique opportunity to work with top professionals in the business while also playing an active role in the dealmaking process. There will be a large amount of variation in the job, consisting of routine work and active participation in larger projects, demanding independence and creativity.
Examples could be:
Preparation and handling of real estate and business valuations, investment rationales, market- and industry analyses, and buyer screenings.
Working with pitches and presentations as well as prospectus writings.
Participation in sales and meeting activities with client exposure from day one.
What are we looking for
Preferably, you are a 1st-year student on a master's degree or in the final year of a bachelor's degree with a strong Finance/Economics profile. However, we are always open to other educational backgrounds. Previous relevant experience is a plus but is not required.
You are/have:
A driven team player with a humble mindset and a strong passion for Investment Banking.
A top performer academically as well as professionally.
Good interpersonal skills combined with strong analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in valuations, corporate finance, and real estate.
A fundamental understanding of finance and accounting.
Result-driven, ambitious, and detail-oriented personality with a team player mentality.
Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills (Danish and English).

Flexible working hours
As an analyst, you will work approximately 20-25 hours a week, and we expect flexibility from your side as the hours may vary.
