- Work closely with the management of the firm in operational and strategic matters. Provide administrative support to office staff, promoting excellence in office operations.
- On-boarding of new clients acceptance documentation.
- Assist to organise office schedules, meetings, firm's social activities.
- Post jobs opening, arrange for interviews.
- Organise orientation for new joiners, handle on-boarding process for new joiners.
- Updates staff training records.
- Process claims, staff appraisals, published office memo.
- Work with management for compliance of personal data protection.
- Raise purchase requisition of office materials, CAPEX.
