  • On-boarding of new clients acceptance documentation.
  • Assist to organise office schedules, meetings, firm's social activities.
  • Post jobs opening, arrange for interviews.
  • Organise orientation for new joiners, handle on-boarding process for new joiners.
  • Updates staff training records.
  • Process claims, staff appraisals, published office memo.
  • Work with management for compliance of personal data protection.
  • Raise purchase requisition of office materials, CAPEX.
