We are seeking a Clinical Specialist for our Renal Therapy Division to support customers west of the Mississippi. The Clinical Specialist provides clinical support to sales and other clinical personnel. Assists in the development of clinical teaching materials; aids in the review and development of new product manuals; performs in servicing or sales demonstrations for Dialysis equipment. Coordinates and implements the inservice/training of customers clinical staff in the use of the Dialog/Diapact during evaluation sessions and installation of the newly purchased equipment; delivers presentations to potential customer groups on subject materials related to B. Braun products. It is preferred that candidates reside in Arizona or California in close proximity to a major airport.
ï§ Focus on current and potential clinical issues, concepts, and applications relevant to B. Braun Medical, and incorporate clinical activities with sales and marketing activities. ï§ Provide clinical support to other B. Braun Divisions and Renal Therapies staff. ï§ Develop educational/training materials to assist B. Braun customers and staff.. ï§ Work with accounts to maximize their satisfaction with B. Braun Medical and its clinical products. ï§ Provide the initial presentation of machines to potential Renal Therapies Division customer. ï§ Train potential customers and Renal Therapies Division personnel. ï§ Analyze current clinical trends in the market place and communicate it to the division
To qualify for this position, candidates must be an RN with a current license and in good standing. A minimum of three (3) years experience Nephrology nursing, CNN and inservice experience preferred, as well as a strong understanding of nephrology nurse clinical concepts. Candidates should also possess MS Office and internet research skills, strong communication skills, both written and verbal
This position is based in the field and requires about 75% travel, flexible schedule, availability during off shifts and weekends as needed. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing needs of business, capable of adapting to sudden changes/project needs. Candidates should reside in close proximity to a major airport.
