Post by Jobing - Position Summary: Provides direct and indirect basic nursing care within the Certified Nursing Assistant's scope of ! practice under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse Nursing Care Delivery Provides basic nursing care to patients within the Certified Nursing Assistant's scope of practice including actions that meet their psychosocial, age specific and physical needs Demonstrates knowledge of basic disease entities Assists and provides for all activities of daily living Completes documentation, which reflects current nursing standards, policies and procedures Assists physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team with procedures and performs services requiring technical and manual skills within the CNA scope of practice Manages and operates unit equipment safely and correctly Assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse Demonstrates knowledge of current patient safety goals and MVMC's policies and procedures supporting standards of care Position Requirements: High School Diploma/GED Required!
