You will process calls to verify coverage, provide assignment information and arrange for vehicle inspections and renta! ls. Duties will include documenting claims, developing claims assistants and complaint resolution. You will also:

Demonstrate a high level of customer service

The candidate we seek will have:
2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role
High school diploma
Exemplary abilities to communicate and demonstrate respect and integrity
Minimum starting hourly salary: $17.14 + DOE.
***This is a part-time position. The hours of operation are: Mon-Fri: 6:30p - 9:00p;! Sat: 8:00a - 2:00p; and Sun: 9:00a - 2:00p***
