This is a contract-to-hire position starting AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Experience dealing with pati! ents with Diabetes and Hypertention is necessary. Requirements
2+ years experience as a RN
Experience dealing with diabetic patients and weight management
Must be comfortable in a call center environment
Expertise in patient / member assessments over the telephone
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to pass a drug and background check
Responsibilities
The Health Coach will be responsible for handling inbound calls from plan members to answer questions, perform assessments, and give health advice depending on the caller's specific category. The Health Coach will also be making outbound calls to members based on previously completed health assessments to follow up on conversations and care.

This is a contract-to-hire position ! and all Prestige employees are eligible for benefits during th! e contract. Very good benefits once permanent. There are a variety of shifts available beginning at 8:00am and ending as late at 8:00pm.
