As director, you will be responsible for assuring that the highest-quality care is provided to every patient in our Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Echocardiogram departments by providing:

• Proficient guidance and leadership of our skilled team of cardiac care nurses and technicians.
• Adept strategic planning, quality control, and financial management
• Innovative procedures and protocols for improving care and service to our patients
• Effective collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals on our cardiovascular team

This position manages 18 staff in the Cath Lab, 4 staff in the Echo. This depa! rtment handles over 5,800 procedures annually.

Job! Requirements :

• Minimum: (7) Seven years experience in leadership roles within Cardiac Service Lines.
• Prefer : RN with Cath Lab experience prior to management role(s).

Education :

• Masters Degree in Nursing Health Administration, or equivalent. Satisfactory completion of Bachelors of Science in Nursing from accredited school.
• Active RN License in the state of Arizona

If you are :

• Someone who can be objective and can work with and facilitate work with both the employed and non-employed physicians without the politics. Someone who can be diplomatic.
• Someone who can help with the overall Cardiovascular Service line and not just the Cath Lab itself.
• Someone who is clinically strong to help build a good quality program and help with process improvement in the service line.
