As an Emergency Nurse you treat patients in emergency situations where theyre experiencing trauma or injury. You must be quick to recognize life-threatening problems and ! help to solve them on the spot. This way you get to treat a wide variety of conditions from sore throats to heart attacks for patients of all ages and backgrounds. It is one of the most exciting and challenging positions a nurse can have and offers an excellent basis for building a career as a nurse.
Qualifications
BSN is required; proven track record of effective patient care; Minimum of 3+ years (1+ years current) clinical experience as ER Nurse in Acute Care Hospital/Healthcare environment; active license in Arizona State; current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC; professional/clinical references.
