Our firm is seeking to identify an Interim Director of
Maternal Child Health for a 160 bed Arizona hospital
that is part of a well-kno! wn healthcare system. This
hospital offers state of the art facilities and a wide
range of healthcare services to the community it serves.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the direction, supervision and

evaluation of patient care performed by nursing
personnel within the Labor and Delivery and Post-Partum
units.

• Responsible for the day to day management of the

department including oversight of the nursing staff and
care coordination.

• Ensuring the MCH program meets all Joint Commission

standards and State and Federal standards

• Manage staffing and scheduling functions to achieve

unit objectives, cost effective staffing and
productivity targets

Ideal Candidate:

• Valid AZ or Compact State RN license
• BSN degree
• 3+ years of management experience in Women’s and

Children’s Services
