This position requires an RN with a minimum of 2 Years of Experience and competence in 2 areas (MS,! Telemetry, ICU preferred). The High Dollar Option requires 10 shifts per month, 4 weekend shifts per month, 1 major and 1 minor Holiday based on CHW Holiday schedule. Retirement package is available however there is no PTO accruals/ No health and welfare benefits. RN is entitled to extra shift policy
Located in the City of Chandler, Az, a suburb of Phoenix, this position is critical to the success of Chandler Regional Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health, formerly Catholic Healthcare West (CHW).
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ADN, Diploma, BSN or foreign equivalent
Two (2) years Telemetry, ICU or MS experience
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current AZ State RN License in good standing
Current BLS healthcare provider card
Current ACLS card or to be obtained within 6 months of hire
Current ENPC/PALS certificati! on or to be obtained within 6 months of hire
