More details about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. Registered Nurse working in OR unit needed for 13 weeks in Phoenix, AZ. Candidate should have at least 2+ years core staff experience and a minimum 1+ year traveling in same must have the fo! llowing: BCLS required, ACLS, PALS, CNOR cert preferred. NO first time travelers. Must have heavy Ortho and trauma experience.
Experience with the following equipment: Cell Saver, Level I Rapid Infuser. Experience with the following orthopedic instrumentation: Synthes, Stryker, and DuPuy.
